This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains your rights to cancel a purchase made through the Snooze Therapy website (snoozetherapy.co.uk) (the "Site"), operated by AJ Ships Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This policy applies in addition to, and should be read alongside, our Terms and Conditions and our Refund Policy.

If you make a one-time purchase, your order is placed and processed as a single transaction and full payment is taken at checkout. Cancellation of one-time purchase orders is dealt with under our Refund Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where applicable. 

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at support@snoozetherapy.co.uk with your order number. If we are able to stop the order before it is processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return and is subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Refunds Following Cancellation 

Where you are entitled to a refund under this policy, it will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. of us confirming your cancellation, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Your Statutory Rights 

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
